Faux Homeowners

Are you sick of the decor in your current residence? Maybe you need a new place that'll reenergize your search engine optimization Toronto job? Or are you trying to come up with new ways of trying to sell your home? Well, if you answered yes to any of those questions, we just might have the answer you're looking for. Fake homeowner. Or faux homeowners, if you want to use the fancy technical term. That might sound a bit strange to you but it's actually a real thing. And we want to give you a bit of information about faux homeowners.

It's hard to sell a home. Especially homes that are vacated and not lived in. And hiring a home stager is a good step in getting your home to look it's best before a showing. But a new and innovative idea has been used in some markets that could be that one thing to remove that for sale sign on your front lawn. In a bid to make a vacant home look like it's being occupied, homeowners hire people to live in their homes. This is done to give the house that lived in feel that they can't provide. Either because their Canadian trade mark office job has relocated them or they've already moved into a new house. This sounds like a fascinating approach to selling a house but as a homeowner you might be asking yourself what would this cost you?

Well, in exchange for faux homeowners living in your home, they get to live there for a huge reduction in rent. So, you're kind of making money off the deal because it's not like you had anyone living there before who was paying you rent. And if the house is sold quickly, like say 90 days, there is also a relocation bonus paid. It's tough finding a place to live, which is why people jump at the opportunity to be a faux homeowner. Opportunities to live in luxury homes for cheap don't come around too often. In order to help eliminate the stigma that comes with hearing the word vacated, faux homeowners don't even have to do that much.

The basic job requirements include keeping the house crystal clean at all times by picking up any dirty women's pants that are left on the floor, making sure it's ready for a showing, maintaining any yard work or home maintenance and to give it a lived in feel. The faux homeowners are also given the task of bringing their own furnishings and insurance. They also spruce up the place with personal photos, which help make it seem like the faux homeowner is the real homeowner. It's not a tough job by any means and it's definitely a new approach of marketing a home. And it's a potential opportunity to make some cash that doesn't involve selling your scrap gold rings.

If you're running out of options to get your house off the market then this unorthodox method of selling your home might be that last desperation Hail Mary heave that you need to throw up. Hopefully it will work out for you if you try it. But if not, it'll at least give you a good story to write about on your Rosedale blog.
